Overview

The authors describe a method for the treatment of a high rectoanal fistula using the combination of two surgical techniques -⁠ transanal endoscopic microsurgery /T.E.M/ and using a Limberg flap. The seton method, which is often used as a universal method, has limited performance criterion.
