Léčba a prevence poruch působených alkoholem, praktický lékař a medicína založená na důkazech
Pro praktického lékaře je důležité, že některé postupy používané při prevenci a léčbě problémů působenýchalkoholem jsou účinné z hlediska medicíny založené na důkazech. Praktický lékař z nich nejspíše použijekrátkou intervenci, může také pracovat s motivací, doporučit naltrexon, kognitivně-behaviorální terapii, rodinnou terapii a účast v organizaci Anonymní alkoholici.

Overview
It is important for general practitioners that some treatment modalities are clearly effective in the prevention and treatment of alcohol related problems from the point of view of evidence based medicine. General practitioners are likely to use brief intervention, motivation enhancement, naltrexone, referral to cognitivebehavioral therapy, family therapy and Alcoholic Anonymous.
