Autor uvádí kazuistiku pacienta trpícího syndromem spánkové apnoe. Kromě této klinické jednotky v komentáři shrnuje další časté spánkové poruchy vyvolané vnitřními i zevními příčinami, jejich diagnostiku a léčbu.
