Type A aortic dissection, case reports
Disekce aorty typu A
Dále rozebíráme diagnostické možnosti a zvažujeme nutnost provedení invazivních vyšetření u nestabilního nemocného v primární nemocnici. Současně jsou v článku shrnuty základní patologicko anatomické údaje, obecný klinický obraz a komplikace.

Overview
The case reports concern two patients with acute type A aortic dissection extended to the iliac arteries. Patients were admitted to CCU in the regional hospital. Immediately after fixing the diagnosis they have been referred to a cardiosurgical clinic where they have underwent successful surgical intervention. Modern diagnostic methods are presented together with the use of invasive diagnostic approaches in a county hospital. The principal pathologic features concerning type A aortic dissection, the clinical condition and possible complications are discussed.
