Vitamin D a psoriáza
Vitamin D a jeho receptory jsou v biologii živých organismů velmi podstatné. V lidském těle je vitamin D ze 70 % syntetizován v lipidových dvojvrstvách epidermální bariéry ve stratům corneum a odtud transportován do kožní kapilární sítě. Biologicky aktivní formou je 1,25-dihydroxyvitamin D3 (1,25(OH)2D 3 a jeho intracelulární receptory (VDRmají funkci transkrip-čních faktorů. V současné dermatologii je vitamin D vhodným zevním lékem hlavně pro psoriázu.

Vitamin D and its receptors are the esentials of living organisms and they are synthesized within the lipid bilayers of the stratům corneum. From there it is transported into the skin capillary net. Topical vitamin D in creams is the most effective psoriatic remedy of contemporary dermatology
