Únava a únavové stavy II.
Přehledný článek pojednává o různých typech únavy, počínaje únavou fyziologickou až pochronický únavový syndrom (CHUS). Autor se zabývá příčinami pocitu únavy a jeho klinickýmiprojevy. Holmesova a Fukudova kritéria vyčleňují jako relativně samostatnou jednotku chronickýúnavový syndrom, který je stále předmětem diskusí. Tento stav může mít řadu příčin;léčebné možnosti jsou rovněž četné, i když nespecifické.

The review article deals with different types of fatigue, from the physiological one to the chronicfatigue syndrome (CFS). The author analyzes different causes of fatigue and their clinicalsymptoms. The chronic fatigue syndrome defined by Holmes and Fukuda standards may haveseveral reasons and there is also a lot of mainly non-specific therapeutic possibilities.
