Probe into the State of Treatment at Different Levels of HealthCare in Prague
Sonda do stavu léčbyhyperlipidémie na různé úrovnizdravotní péče v Praze
Aktuálním průzkumem v ambulanci praktického lékaře a klinického pracoviště (nemocnice)jsme ověřovali stav sekundární prevence ischemické choroby srdeční (ICHS) a ovlivnění existujícídyslipidémie medikamentózní léčbou. Analyzovali jsme používání hypolipidemik u 50pacientů praktického lékaře a dalších 50 osob v klinické ambulanci. Z celého souboru 100nemocných z obou ambulantních pracovišť s existující ICHS (angina pectoris a stav po infarktumyokardu) dostávalo hypolipidemika 60 osob (60 %).Frekvence jejich preskripce byla významněvyšší v klinické ambulanci než u praktického lékaře (40 vs. 20 osob; p

By investigation in the surgery of a general practitioner and clinical department (hospital) theauthors assessed the state of secondary prevention of ischaemic heart disease (IHD) and howdyslipidaemia is influenced by medicamentous treatment. They analyzed the use of hypolipidaemicagents in 50 patients of the GP and another 50 patients in the hospital out-patientdepartment. From the whole group of 100 patients with IHD i.e. from both workplaces (anginapectoris and conditions after myocardial infarction) 60 (60%) took hypolipidaemic agents.
