Zvláštnosti diagnostikyonemocnění trávicího ústrojíu diabetiků
SOUHRNČlánek shrnuje současné znalosti o gastrointestinálních komplikacích diabetes mellitus. Poskytujepřehlednou informaci o etiopatogenezi, symptomech, diagnostice a léčbě poruch jícnu,žaludku, tenkého střeva, kolonu, rekta, hepatobiliárního systému a pankreatu u diabetiků.Poukazuje na časté překrývání symptomů diabetických komplikací a jiných gastrointestinálníchonemocnění, které může být zdrojem diagnostických omylů.

The article summarizes contemporary knowledge on gastrointestinal complications in diabetesmellitus. It presents synoptic information on the etiopathogenesis, symptoms, diagnostics, andtreatment of disorders of the oesophagus, stomach, small intestine, colon, rectum, hepatobiliarysystem, and the pancreas in diabetic patients. It points to the frequent overlapping of symptomsof complications in diabetes mellitus and other diseases, which may be the source of diagnosticerror.
