Keratoma hereditariumdissipatum palmare et plantare
U keratoma hereditarium dissipatum palmare et plantare se jedná o autosomálně dominantněvrozený typ papulózní palmoplantární keratózy. Projevuje se symetrickým výsevem mnohočetnýchtuhých, hyperkeratotických papul na chodidlech a dlaních. Terapeuticky se celkově i lokálněpodávají retinoidy. V článku je prezentován případ 77letého pacienta s výše uvedenoudiagnózou.

The authors present the case of a 77-year-old man with a rare type of palmoplantar keratoderma - keratoma hereditarium dissipatum palmare et plantare.The disorder is characterised by the presence of large numbers of isolated small, firm,hyperkeratotic papules on the palms and soles. It is inherited in an autosomal dominantpattern.Patients are often treated by systemic and local retinoids.
