Prevence pooperační epidurální fibrózy - úvodní práce
Autoři prezentují své zkušenosti s prevencí a léčbou pooperační epidurální fibrózy jako jedné z možných příčin selhání chirurgické léčby degenerativního onemocnění intervertebrálního disku. Předkládají návrh na zlepšení peroperační i pooperační péče, jejímž výsledkem by mělo být snížení fibrózy jako pooperační komplikace.

The authors present their experiences with prevention and treatment of postoperative epidural fibrosis, as one of the causes of failed back surgery syndrom. The authors suggest the innovation of peroperative and postoperative management, which should result in a reduction of fibrosis as a postoperative complication.
