Autorka popisuje metodiku skupinové psychoterapie schizofreniků formou rehabilitační psychoterapie, kterou provádí společně se sestrou ve své ordinaci 10 let. Skupiny jsou tři, jsou otevřené, konají se jedenkrát měsíčně a aktuálně je přítomno 5-9 nemocných. Techniky: rozcvička, hry s míčem, cvičení koordinace pohybů jednotlivce a koordinace celé skupiny, cvičení slovní dovednosti a vyjadřovacích schopností, hraní scének, trénink asertivity, aktivní muzikoterapie. Citem je působení proti příznakům schizofrenního defektu osobnosti. Uvedené techniky potencují účinek léků, zejména atypických antipsychotik a moderních antidepresiv. Vytváří se tak vhodný terapeutický komplex.

The author describes a method of psychotherapeutic group therapy of schizophrenic patients by rehabilitation psychotherapy which she has practised with a nurse in her surgery for 10 years. There are three groups, they are open, are held once a month and comprise 5-9 subjects. Techniques: warming-up exercise, ball games, training individual motor coordination, training coordination of whole group, training verbal skill and communicating abilities, performing sketches, assertivity training, active musicotherapy. The objective is to act against symptoms of the schizophrenic personality defect. The mentioned techniques potentiate the action of drugs, in particular atypical antipsychotic drugs and modem antidepressants. They create thus a suitable therapeutic komplex.
