Jak sledovat účinnost léčby postmenopauzální osteoporózy
V práci jsou uvedeny definice osteoporózy a hlavní diagnostická vyšetření. Je zdůrazněn význam biochemických testů, zvláště močových pyridinolinů pro sledování intenzity odbourávání kostního kolagenu. Je probrána terapie postmenopauzální osteoporózy zvláště kalcitoninem a zdůrazněn význam opakovaných vyšetření močových pyridinolinů.
