Termické úrazy pacientůvyššího věku z pohledu léčebnérehabilitace
Stáří přináší do popáleninové medicíny řadu terapeutických problémů. Léčba vyžaduje spolu-práci celého interdisciplinárního týmu odborníků. Autoři se zamýšlejí nad komplikacemiléčebné rehabilitace starších pacientů po termickém úrazu. Prezentují nejdůležitější zásady,cíle a postupy při sestavování léčebné jednotky. Je zdůrazněn význam zejména časné léčebnérehabilitace. V komplexní terapii hraje významnou úlohu také stabilizace psychosociálníhostresu a aktivní pomoc všech rodinných příslušníků.

Old age is associated with a lot of problems into the treatment of patients with burns. Thetreatment always demands an interdisciplinary approach.The authors reflect on complications in rehabilitation therapy, early rehabilitation is empha-sized. The stabilisation of psychosocial stress is necessary as well as an active attitude ofmembers of the family.
