Ze škály možností léčby zlomenin diafýzy kosti pažní je autory vyzdvihnut konzervativní postupfunkční léčbou. Tato metoda je vysoce efektivní a ekonomicky nenáročná. Více než všechnyostatní způsoby léčby však vyžaduje aktivní spolupráci pacienta a informovanost jeho praktic-kého lékaře.
