Sekundární prevence sporadického kolorektálního karcinomu mezi pojištěnci ZP Škoda
Kolorektální karcinom je v České republice nejčastější malignitou trávicího ústrojí. Pro celko - vou populaci je nejvýznamnější depistáž asymptomatických jedinců nad 45 let věku. Bohužel zatím ojedinělý depistážní program je uskutečňován od roku 1993 z iniciativy autorské pracovní skupiny mezi pojištěnci ZP Škoda.

In the Czech Republic is colorectal cancer most frequent malignancy of digestive tract. For the general population the screening programm od asymptomatic subject is the most important. Authors describe screening programm supported by ZPS Skoda health insurance company.
