Papillary Fibroelastoma of the Aortic Valve as a Cause of Sudden Death: CaseReport
Papilární fibroelastom aortální chlopně jakopříčina náhlé smrti: kazuistika
Je prezentován případ 80leté ženy s anamnézou synkop a hospitalizace půl roku před smrtí proakutní infarkt myokardu, která zemřela pod obrazem náhlé smrti. Při pitvě byl zjištěn papilárnífibroelastom aortální chlopně, který zřejmě způsoboval intermitentní uzávěry ústí obou koronárníchtepen.

A case of 80-year-old woman who died suddenly is presented. Her medical history comprisedsyncopes and hospitalisation for myocardial infarction 6 months before death. At the autopsya large papillary fibroelastoma of the aortic valve was found. This probably produced intermittentobstruction of the coronary artery ostia.
