Pulmonary Embolism in Children and Adolescenta
Plicní embolie u dětí a adolescentů
Analýza nekroptického souboru 25 dětí (0-15 let) a 7 adolescentů (16-18 let) s nálezem makroskopické plicní tromboembolie (PTE). PTE se vyskytovala v souvislosti s celkovým závažným onemocněním (tumor, celková infekce) a za souhry více rizikových faktorů, zejména imobilizace, nádorového onemocnění, onemocnění kardiovaskulárního aparátu, operace, obezity, sepse, peritonitidy, kachexie a zavedení centrálního žilního katétrn.

We present a necropsy study of 25 Children (age 0-15 yeara) and 7 adolescenta (age 16-18 years) with the diagnosis of macroscopic pulmonary thromboembolism (PTE). PTE occurred along with a serious disease, e.g. tumour or general infection, and when the subjects had some of the following risk factors, e.g. immobilization, tumours, cardiovascular diseases, operations, obezity, septic state, peritonitis, cachexia and placement of central venous cathetera.
