Treatment of Anorexia Nervosa in Children and Adolescents Focused on Pharmacotherapy
Léčba mentální anorexie u dětí a adolescentů se zaměřenímna farmakoterapii
V práci je popsán současný rozhodovací postup a přístup při léčbě anorexie u dětí a adolescentů, rozhodovánímezi ambulantní a nemocniční léčbou. V hodnocení jsou vzaty v úvahu klinické zkušenosti s terapií závažnýchpřípadů anorektiček v lůžkovém zařízení. V části zaměřené na farmakoterapii jsou uvedeny současné trendyzískané z písemnictví a zároveň je uveden přehled léků, kterými byly pacientky v roce 2001 při pobytu na Dětsképsychiatrické klinice léčeny.

The authors describe the contemporary decision taking and approach to treatment of anorexia nervosa inchildren and adolescents, decision between out-patient and hospital treatment. In the evaluation they take intoconsideration clinical experience with therapy of serious cases of anorectic patients in hospital. In the part focusedon pharmacotherapy they mention contemporary trends recorded from the literature and at the same time theypresent a list of drugs used for treatment of patients in 2001 at the Paediatric Psychiatric Clinic.
