Psychotherapy in Children and Adolescents after a Serious Brain Injury
Psychoterapeutická práce u dětí a dospívajících po vážném poranění mozku
Apatický syndrom vzniká v důsledku traumatického poškození mozku. Autorky v kazuistice popisují pacienta Po úrazu hlavy s následným těžkým poraněním mozku a dlouhodobým apatickým syndromem. Doporučují co nejdříve u těchto pacientů zahájit individuální psychoterapii a zajistit přítomnost matky nebo jiného rodinného příslušníka u lůžka pacienta.

The apallic syndrome develops as a result of traumatic brain damage. The authors describe in the submitted tase-record a Pacient after a head injury with subsequent severe brain damage and long-term apallic syndrome. They recommend to start as early as Possible in these Patients individual Psychotherapy and to ensure the Presence of the mother or another relative at the Patient's bedside.
