Traumatic Tracheal and Bronchial Rupture
Traumatická ruptúra trachey a pravého bronchu
Tracheobronchiálne poranenia sa pri tupom poranení hrudníka u detí vyskytujú veľmi zriedkavo. Autori uvádzajú kazuistiku pacienta s ruptúrou trachey a pravého bronchu. Cennými diagnostickými vyšetreniami sú urgentná bronchoskópia a CT vyšetrenie pľúc. Vzhľadom na závažnosť a vysoké riziko úmrtia je nevyhnutná včasná a správna diagnostika a liečba, vyžadujúca tímovú spoluprácu odborníkov z viacerých odborov.

Overview
Tracheobronchial injuries in blunt thoracic injuries in children are rare. A case-report of a patient with tracheal and right bronchial rupture is presented. Urgent bronchoscopy and thoracic CT scan are diagnostically valuable. Early and correct diagnosis because of the severity of the trauma and cooperation of several specialists due to the high risk of mortality are essential.
