Vysokofrekvenčná oscilačná ventilácia v liečbe IRDSnovorodencov - súčasný stav
Autori predkladajú novšie poznatky o vysokofrekvenčnej oscilačnej ventilácii v liečbe IRDS u prematúrnychnovorodencov. Popisujú princíp a základné pravidlá nastavenia tejto ventilačnej metódy. Referujú o výsledkochmeta-analytického spracovania kontrolných štúdií v kontexte „evidence based medicine“.

The authors submit recent findings on high frequency oscillation ventilation in the treatment of IRDS inpremature neonates. They describe the principles and basic rules of application of this ventilation method.
