Cíle práce:
Ověřit vliv tracheální insuflace plynu (tracheal gas insufflation -⁠ TGI) na výměnu krevních plynů(zejména PaCO2) u dětí se závažným respiračním selháním.Typ studie: Prospektivní observační studie.Místo: ARO a ECMO centrum Fakultní dětské nemocnice Brno.Pacienti: 8 dětí s akutním hypoxemickým respiračním selháním s výraznou hyperkapnií.Metoda: Pacienti byli napojeni na PCV nebo PRVC režim, oxygenace byla optimalizována zvýšením středníhotlaku v dýchacích cestách (Paw) zvyšováním PEEP s limitovaným vrcholovým tlakem (PIP) s co nejnižším nutnýmFiO2.
