Vyhodnotit socioekonomickou variabilitu v porodní hmotnosti, frekvenci předčasných porodů a ponovo-rozenecké úmrtnosti v České republice (ČR) ve srovnání se Švédskem.Materiál a metody: Data o všech živě narozených z jednočetných těhotenství v letech 1989 - 1991 v Českérepublice (n = 380 633) a ve Švédsku (n = 351 796) byla individuálně spojena s registrem zemřelých.
