Amyloidosis AL Type Associated with Ductal Carcinoma of the Breast
Amyloidóza AL typu asociovanás duktálním karcinomem prsu
Práce uvádí popis případu 68leté pacientky, která byla vyšetřena pro 4 roky trvající výskyterytematózních a hyperpigmentovaných nodulů na obou bércích. Probatorní excize a následnéhistopatologické vyšetření prokázaly amyloidózu AL typu. Během dalšího vyšetřovacího programubyl u nemocné zjištěn duktální karcinom pravého prsu, který byl následně řešen chirurgicky,chemoterapií, aktinoterapií a hormonální terapií. Diagnóza myelomu a postižení dalších orgánůpotvrzeny nebyly. Kožní nález zůstává stacionární, bez progrese.

Case-report of a 68-year-old patient who was examined on account of erythematous and hyperpigmentednodules on both legs persisting for four years is discussed. Probatory excisions andsubsequent histopathological examination proved amyloidosis type AL. During the subsegmentexamination programe a ductal carcinoma of the right breast was detected which was subsequentlytreated surgically, by chemotherapy, actinotherapy and hormonal therapy. Myeloma and affectionof other organs was not confirmed. The dermatological finding is stationary without progression.
