The Immunopatogenesis of Psoriasis
Imunopatogeneze psoriázy
Autoři podávají přehled poznatků o patogenezi psoriázy. Jsou pojednány především genetické faktory, úloha keratinocytů, lymfocytů, dendritických buněk a endotelií. Udaje z poslední doby ukazují na možnou úlohu T-lymfocytů jako činitele spouštějícího sled molekulárních a buněčných reakcí vedoucích ke vzniku psoriatické léze. HIíčové postavení T-lymfocytů je jádrem uvedené teorie Imunopatogeneze psoriázy.
Klíčová slova:

Overview
Authors review retem advances in the pathogenesis of psoriasis. They highlight the role of genetic factors, keratinocytes, lymphocytes, dendritic cells and endothelial cells. Retem studies show a possible role of T-lymphocytes as cells triggering the chain of molecular and cell reactions leading to a formation of a psoriasic lesion. The critical role of T-lymphocytes is the base of provided hypothetic immunopathogenesis of psoriasis.
Key words:
psoriasis - T-lymphocyte - hypothesis of immunopathogenesis
