Neuropsychiatrické postižení u pacientů se systémovým lupus erythematodes
V článku autoři rozebírají nejnovější názory na patogenezi neuropsychiatrického lupusu. Hlavnímpředmětem článku jsou vyšetřovací možnosti u těchto pacientů, jednak klinické a laboratorní,a jednak přínos jednotlivých pomocných vyšetřovacích neurologických metod: vyšetření likvoru,elektroencefalografie (EEG), zobrazení pomocí počítačové tomografie (CT), magnetické rezonance(MR) mozku či funkční zobrazení pomocí spektroskopie (SPECT) či pozitronové emisní tomografie(PET). Nejpřínosnějším z nich se ukazuje magnetická rezonance mozku a komplexní vyšetřenílikvoru. V závěru autoři ve zkratce zmiňují možnosti léčby.

Paper presents recent views on the pathogenesis of the neuropsychiatric lupus and is aimed at themethods of clinical and laboratory examination, and at the supportive neurological methods of theliquor examination, electroencephalography (EEG), brain imaging using computer tomography(CT),magnetic resonance (MR), spectroscopy (SPECT) or positron emission tomography (PET). Themost useful technique appears to be the magnetic resonance of the brain and the complex examinationof liquor. Possibilities of treatment are briefly mentioned at the end of the paper.
