Case interpretation.

Conclusion:
Heterotopic pregnancy after spontaneous conception is diagnosed with a rare, often difficult to ascertain, however, the increasing incidence has justified its place in the differential diagnosis of acute abdominal not only for women enrolled in the program of assisted reproduction.
