Gravidita a primární hyperparatyreóza
Cíl studie:
Zhodnocení vlivu hyperkalcémie a primární hyperparatyreózy na průběh těhotenstvía doporučení k léčbě tohoto onemocnění v graviditě.Typ studie: Kazuistika.Název a sídlo pracoviště: Gynekologicko-porodnické oddělení Krajské nemocnice Pardubice.Předmět a metoda studie: Autorka v této práci analyzuje své zkušenosti s průběhem gravidityu pacientky s primární hyperparatyreózou diagnostikovanou na počátku třetího trimestru. Pacientkabyla úspěšně operována, odstraněn solitární adenom příštítného tělíska a těhotenstvíbylo ukončeno spontánním porodem zdravého plodu v termínu.Závěr: Příklad poukazuje na hyperkalcémii jako příčinu nauzey a zvracení v graviditě. Tytoobtíže mohou být považovány za hyperemesis gravidarum a základní onemocnění takto unikádiagnostice.

Objective:
Evaluation of the infl uence of hypercalcemia and primary hyperparathyreoidism onthe course of pregnancy and recommendations for the best management of this condition.Design: Case report.Setting: Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology, Regional Hospital, Pardubice.Subjects and methods: The author analyses her experience with the course of pregnancy in a patientwith primary hyperparathyreoidism diagnosed at the beginning of the third trimester. Thepatient was successfully operated on, the solitary adenoma of parathyroid gland was removedand she delivered vaginally a healthy foetus in term.Conclusion: The example draws attention to the hypercalcemia during pregnancy that may causenausea and vomiting. This condition can be misdiagnosed for hyperemesis gravidarum and underlyingdisease can be missed.
