Pregnancy after Embolism of Uterine Arteriesfor Uterus Myoma
Těhotenství po embolizaci uterinnícharterií pro děložní myom
Cíl studie:
Demonstrace případu úspěšného těhotenství po embolizační léčbě symptomatickéhomyomu.Typ studie: Kazuistika.Název a sídlo pracoviště: Gynekologicko-porodnická klinika FN v Hradci Králové.Předmět a metoda studie: 41letá žena, která podstoupila embolizační léčbu a myomektomii, spontánněotěhotněla a donosila těhotenství ukončené císařským řezem. Analýza 50 publikovanýchpřípadů těhotenství po embolizaci uterinní arterie zjistila následující komplikace: spontánníabort (22 %), malprezentaci (17 %), hypotrofi i (7 %), předčasný porod (28 %), císařský řez (58 %)a poporodní krvácení (13 %).Závěr: Zda je tato metoda bezpečná pro ženy toužící po těhotenství, je zatím kontroverzní. Množstvíúdajů vztahujících se k výsledkům těhotenství po embolizaci je zatím nedostatečné.

Objective:
To report a case of successful pregnancy outcome after embolization treatment ofsymptomatic leiomyoma.Design: Case report.Setting: Department of Gynaecology and Obstetrics of University Hospital, Hradec Králové.Subject and Method: A 41-year old primigravida who had previously undergone uterine arteryembolization and myomectomy had successful course of the spontaneously conceived pregnancyterminated per sectionem caesaream. An analysis of the 50 published cases of pregnancy afteruterine artery embolization revealed the following complications: spontaneous abortion (22%),malpresentation (17%), hypotrophy (7%), premature delivery (28%), caesarean section (58%) andpostpartum haemorhage (13%).Conclusion: Whether this procedure is safe for women desiring future fertility is controversial.There are very few data regarding the ouctomes of pregnancies after embolization.
