Does Decreasing Mortality Increase Serious NeonatalNeurosensoric Morbidity?
Zvyšuje klesající mortalita závažnouneonatální neurosenzorickou morbiditu?
Cíl studie:
Zhodnotit vztah mortality a incidence závažné neonatální neurosenzorické morbiditynovorozenců velmi nízké porodní hmotnosti (NVNPH, p. h. III. stupně (ROP > III. st.). Pro statistické zhodnocenírozdílů mezi I. a III. obdobím byl použit 2 test.Výsledky: Celkem se v období 1987 - 2001 narodilo 873 a zemřelo 208 NVNPH. Mortalita v jednotlivýchobdobích postupně klesala: I. období 111/226 (49 %); II. období 55/217 (25 %); III. období 42/430 (10 %).Významný pokles mortality byl zaznamenán ve všech hmotnostních subkategoriích (p

Objective:
To investigate relation between the mortality and the incidence of serious neonatalneurosensoric morbidity in very low birth weight newborns (VLBWN, birth weigh stage III (ROP > III st.).
