Pregnancy in Myelodysplastic Syndrome
Gravidita při myelodysplastickémsyndromu
Cíl studie:
Zhodnocení vlivu myelodysplastického syndromu (MDS) na průběh gravidity a porod.Typ studie: Kazuistika.Název a sídlo pracoviště: Gynekologicko-porodnická klinika 1. LF UK a VFN, Praha.Předmět a metoda studie: Autoři v této práci analyzují zkušenosti s průběhem gravidity a poroduu pacientky s MDS s refrakterní anémií, která byla pro toto onemocnění sledována a léčena jižněkolik let před graviditou na Ústavu hematologie a krevní transfuze. Průběh gravidity nebylspojen s progresí základního onemocnění a komplikace vzniklé v graviditě byly bez souvislostis MDS. Gravidita byla u této pacientky ukončena z indikace preeklampsia gravis per sectionemcaesaream porodem zdravého plodu.Závěr: Příklad poukazuje na závažné hematologické onemocnění, kdy však v průběhu graviditya při porodu nebylo zaznamenáno zhoršení základního onemocnění.

Objective:
Evaluation of the influence of myelodysplastic syndrome (MDS) on the course of pregnancyand delivery.Design: Case report.Setting: Gynecological and Obstetric Department 1st Medical Faculty Charles Univerzity andGeneral Faculty Hospital, Prague.Subjects and methods: The authors analyze their experience with the course of pregnancy anddelivery in a patient with MDS and refractory anaemia who was treated on account of the diseasefor several years before pregnancy in the Institute of Haematology and Blood Transfusion. Pregnancywas not associated with progression of the basic disease and complications which developedduring pregnancy were not associated with MDS. Pregnancy was terminated in this patient onaccount of preeclampsia gravis per sectionem caesaream by delivery of a healthy foetus.Conclusion: The example draws attention to a serious haematological disease while during pregnancyand delivery deterioration of the basic disease was not observed.
