Omental Ectopic Pregnancy: Laparoscopic Diagnosis and Treatment
Ektopická omentální gravidita - laparoskopická diagnostika a léčba
Cíl:
Laparoskopické zjištění a ošetření velmi vzácné primární omentální implantace plodového vejce.Typ studie: Kazuistika.Název a sídlo pracoviště: Ústav pro péči o matku a dítě, Centrum prenatální diagnostiky a léčby, Praha 4-Podolí, Katedra gynekologie a porodnictví, IPVZ Praha.Předmět a metodika studie: Pozorovali jsme implantovaný produkt koncepce ve velkém omentu. Při laparoskopickém vyšetření plodové vejce mělo podobu hemoragického tumoru omenta v průměru 2 cm.Závěr: Po disekci choria bylo v amniovém váčku pozorováno neporušené embryo délky 7 mm a žloutkový váček v průměru asi 4 mm.

Objective:
Description of a very rare case of primary omental pregnancy.Design: Case report.Setting: Institute for the Care of Mother and Child, Prenatal Diagnostic Centre, Prague, Institute for Postgraduate Medical Education, Prague.Subject and Method: Implanted product of spontaneous conception was found in the omentum. The gestional sac on omentum had the appearence of a haemorrhagic tumor 2 in diameter.Conclusion: After dissection, an intact embryo of 7 mm with a 4 mm yolk sac was discovered.
