Hyperandrogenní syndrom (syndrompolycystických vaječníků) - terminologie,historie, prevalence, etiologie, genetika
Souhrný článek podává přehled problematiky hyperandrogenního syndromu (dříve syndrom po-lycystických vaječníků). Vzhledem k rozsahu problematiky byla práce rozdělena do třech částí.Součástí článku jsou dosud nepublikovaná data o historii onemocnění, kritický pohled na diferen-ciální diagnostiku a na hodnocení diagnostických kritérií a recentní pohled na pozdní rizikaa možnosti léčby.

The submitted review deals with the problem of hyperandrogenic syndrome (formerly polycysticovary syndrome). With regard to the scope of the problem the paper was divided into three parts.The article contains also hitherto unpublished data on the history of the disease, a critical viewon the differential diagnosis and evaluation of diagnostic criteria and recent views on late risksand possible treatment.
