Oral Health of Seniors in European Countries
Orální zdraví populace seniorů v Evropě
V práci je podán přehled dvou základních ukazatelů stavu orálního zdraví, prevalence bezzubosti a průměrného počtu zachovalých vlastních zubů u věkové kategorie 65–74 let v jednotlivých evropských státech. Z přehledu vyplývá, že orální zdraví naší populace seniorů je srovnatelné s daty z nejvyspělejších evropských států.

Overview
A literature survey on the oral health of seniors aged 65–74 years in individual European countries as for the prevalence of edentulousness and the mean count of remaining own teeth. The survey shows that oral health data of our seniors are comparable with those of the most privileged European countries.
