Fractures of the Mandible Caused by Brachial Force
Zlomeniny dolní čelisti po brachiálním násilí
Brachiální násilí je jednou z nejčastějších etiologií zlomenin dolní čelisti. Nejvíce postiženýmmístem je čelistní úhel. Charakteristickou skupinu tvoří postižení pacienti věkově ve 3. a 4.decenniu, kteří byli napadeni na ulici nebo v hostincích v nočních hodinách, často po konzumacialkoholu.

Brachial force is one of the most frequent aetiologies of fractures of the mandible.The mandibular angel is the most affected region. Patients at the age of twenty to forty yearscreate the characteristic group. The act of violence happened either on a street or at publichouses late at night, frequently after consumption of alcoholic drinks.
