Cytotoxicity of Endodontic Sealers
Cytotoxicita endodontických sealerů
Práce hodnotí biokompatibilitu endodontických sealerů pomocí makrokontaktního a MEM-elučního testu. Nejvyšší biokompatibilitu ze sledovaných sealerů vykazoval hydroxidový a sklo-ionomerní sealer.

Overview
The study evaluates the biocompatibility of endodontic sealers based on theevidence of the macrocontact and minimum-essential-medium elution tests. Of the sealersexamined, the hydroxide and glassionomer sealer displayed the highest degree of biocompati-bility.
