Morphological Changesof Electric Heart Field in Patients Suffering from Depressive Disorder and Treated with Dosulepin.
Morfologické změny elektrického srdečního poleu pacientů trpících depresivní poruchou a léčenýchdosulepinem
Kardiotoxické efekty terapeutických dávek TCA (150 – 200 ng/ml) nejsou zcela jasné. Novéinformace přináší přístroj Cardiag 112.2, který umožňuje současné měření EKG (elektrokardiografi e),VCG (vektorkardiografi e) a BSPM (povrchové srdeční mapování). Za pomoci tohoto přístroje bylyprovedeny 2 studie.V první studii jsme se snažili prokázat, zda u depresivních pacientů v remisi, léčených dosulepinemv udržovacích dávkách, statisticky významně nekorelují některé parametry EKG s plazmatickýmikoncentracemi tohoto farmaka. The cardio-toxic effects of therapeutic plasma levels of TCA (150 – 200 ng/ml in serum) are notquite so evident. New information about it bring the device of Cardiag 112.2, which can measuresimultaneously the ECG (electrocardiography), VCG (vectorcardiography) and BSPM (method ofbody surface potential mapping).
