Popisuje farmakokinetické interakce mezi cigaretovým kouřem a neuroleptiky, interakce mezi nikotinem a dopaminem v mezolimbickém systému, vliv podávání klasických a atypických neuroleptik naspotřebu cigaret a vztahy mezi kouřením a výskytem extrapyramidových symptomů.
