Analysis of a Cardioplegic Solution Using Capillary Isotachophoresis
ANALÝZA KARDIOPLEGICKÉHO ROZTOKUKAPILÁRNÍ IZOTACHOFORÉZOU
Metodou kapilární izotachoforézy byl analyzován kardioplegický roztok obsahující sodné, draselné,vápenaté a hořečnaté ionty a chlorid prokainia. Výsledky ITP měření byly porovnány s výsledkyzískanými pomocí standardních lékopisných metod a v případě alkálií též s výsledky AAS. Bylahodnocena přesnost, správnost, linearita, robustnost a selektivita ITP metody.

Overview
The method of capillary isotachophoresis was employed to analyze a cardioplegic solution containingsodium, potassium, calcium, and magnesium ions and procainium chloride. The results of ITPmeasurements were compared with the results obtained by means of the standard pharmacopoeialmethods and in the case of alkalis also with the results of AAS. Precision, correctness, linearity, robustness, and selectivity of the ITP were evaluated.
Key words:
