LIBERÁCIA LIEČIV Z IMPREGNOVANÝCHKRYTOV NA RANY
V práci sa študovali liečivá a polyméry určené na impregnovanie textilných nosičov určených akokryty na rany. Ich vhodnosť sa posudzovala na základe hodnotenia antimikróbnej účinnostikombinácie trimetoprimu a sulfadimidínu s lokálnymi anestetikami karbizokaínom a lidokaínoma imunomodulačnou látkou fungálnym glukánom. Väčší inhibičný účinok na rast mikroorganizmovvykázala kombinácia antimikróbnych látok s karbizokaínom. Pri štúdiu liberácie chlórhexidínuz hydrofilných makromolekulových disperzií sa potvrdila jeho väzba na glukán. Ako výhodnejšie saukázali disperzie Natrosolu, z ktorých sa chlórhexidín aj lokálne anestetiká uvoľňovali rýchlejšieako z metylcelulózových gélov. Študované disperzie sú nenewtonského charakteru s pseudoplastic-kým tokom, gély s obsahom glukánu sú tixotropné.

The present paper investigates drugs and polymers intended for the impregnation of textile carriersintended for use as wound covers. Their suitability was evaluated on the basis of the evaluation ofthe antimicrobial efficacy of a combination of trimetoprim and sulfadimidine with the local anaes-thetics carbizocaine and lidocaine, and the immunomodulating substance fungal glucan. A greaterinhibitory effect on the growth of microorganisms was shown by a combination of antimicrobialsubstances with carbizocaine. In the study of liberation of chlorohexidine from hydrophilic macro-molecular dispersions its bond to glucan was confirmed. Dispersions of Natrosol proved to be moreadvantageous; chlorohexidine as well as local anaesthetics were released from them more rapidlythan from methylcellulose gels. The dispersions under study are of a non-Newton character withpseudoplastic flow, glucan-containing gels are thixotropic.
