GENERIKA, ALTERNATIVY, SUBSTITUCE,ZÁMĚNY
V návaznosti na aktuální aktivity mezinárodní farmaceutické federace (FIP) v podobě definovánípojmů generická alternativa, generická substituce, terapeutická alternativa, terapeutická substi-tuce a terapeutická záměna a navržené politiky je uveden stav a vývoj v oblasti generik. Pozornostje věnována postavení generik ve vybraných zemích, jejich definicím, označování, cenám a generickésubstituci.

Linking up with the topical activities of the International Pharmaceutical Federation (FIP) indefining the concepts generic alternative, generic substitution, therapeutic alternative, therapeuticsubstitution and therapeutic replacement and the proposed policy, the paper describes the state anddevelopment in the field of generics. The attention is devoted to the position of generics in selectedcountries, their definitions, labelling, pricing and generic substitution.
