Redukcia astigmatizmu poperforujúcej keratoplastike úpravoujednotlivého pokračujúceho stehu a jejvplyv na zrakovú ostrosť

Autori hodnotia výsledky úpravy jednotlivého pokračujúceho stehu po perforujúcejkeratoplastike (PKP) u 14 očí (16 úprav) 14 pacientov (4 ženy, 10 mužov).Priemerný vek pacientov bol 39,68 roka (19-70 rokov), doba sledovania po úpravestehu1-12mesiacov (priemer 10,8mesiaca).Úprava stehubola robená 2-39 týždňovpo PPK (priemer 7,5 týždňa). Hodnoty astigmatizmu (AST) pred úpravou stehumerané keratometriou a rohovkovou topografiou boli porovnané s hodnotamiAST 1, 6 a 12 mesiacov od úpravy stehu. Sledované boli aj zmeny rohovkovejrefrakčnej sily a zmeny zrakovej ostrosti bez a s korekciou. Priemerná hodnotaAST pred úpravou stehu 7,47 ± 2,69 D pre keratometriu (K) a 7,75 ± 3,25 D pretopografiu (T) bola 1 mesiac po úprave stehu redukovaná na 4,92 ± 2,41 D pre Ka na 4,83 ± 1,46 D pre T. Táto redukcia AST o 2,55 D pre K a o 2,92 D pre T bolaštatisticky signifikantná (p = 0,0416, respektíve p = 0,0211). The authors assess the outcomes of postkeratoplasty single running suture adjustmentin 14 eyes (16 adjustments) of 14 patients (4 women, 10 men). The averageage of patients was 39.68 year (ranging from 19 to 70 years). The suture adjustmentwasdonein time span2 to 39weeks followingafter perforatingkeratoplasty (PKP),average 7.5 weeks. Follow up time was from 1 to 12 months, average 10.8 months.The value of keratometric and topographic astigmatism before suture adjustmentwere compared to the value of keratometric and topographic astigmatism 1, 6 and12 months after suture adjustment. The changes of corneal refractive power andchanges of uncorrected and best-corrected visual acuity were noticed aswell.
