Ultrastructure of the Lenticular Capsule in Pseudoexfoliation Syndrome
Ultrastruktura čočkového pouzdrau pseudoexfoliačního syndromu
Autoři vyšetřili transmisní elektronovou mikroskopií čočkové pouzdro, získanépři fakoemulzifikaci cirkulární kapsulorhexí u pseudoexfoliačního syndromu.Získané nálezy ukazují na degenerativní změny čočkového pouzdra, které seprojevují destrukcí povrchových vrstev.

Overview
The authors examined, using transmission electron microscopy, the lenticularcapsule obtained during phacoemulsification by circular capsulorrhexy in pseu-doexfoliation syndrome. The assembled findings indicate degenerative changesof the lenticular capsule, manifested by destruction of the surface layer.
