Progress in the pathophysiology and therapy of ventilatory failure in critically ill patients
Pokroky v patofyziologii a léčbě dechové nedostatečnosti kriticky nemocných
Práce shrnuje pokroky v patofyziologii a léčbě VILI a ALI/ARDS. Podává přehled základních algoritmů ventilační léčby z hlediska EBM a farmakologických postupů v léčbě, nových ventilačních režimů a doporučení pro provádění domácí ventilace.
Klíčová slova:
umělá plicní ventilace – akutní syndrom dechové tísně – medicína založená na důkazech – farmakoterapie – domácí ventilace
