Bronchoalveolar Lavage as a Therapeutic Way for Alveolar Proteinosis
Bronchoalveolárna laváž ako metóda voľby pri alveolárnej proteinóze
Autori sa v clánku venujú kazuistike pacientky s alveolárnou proteinózou. Ide o zriedkavé ochorenie, na ktoré sa casto zabúda v rámci diferenciálnejdiagnostiky difúznych pneumopatií. Klinické prejavy sú spolocné pre viaceré ochorenia plúcneho parenchýmu, spolahlivou rozlišovacou metódou ostávabiopsia plúc s následnou histologickou verifikáciou. Ako jediná úcinná terapeutická metóda je v súcasnosti pouzívaná bronchoalveolárna laváz.

Authors attend to case of young woman with alveolar proteinosis. Alveolar proteinosis is infrequent disease, which is repeatedly forgotten indifferential diagnosis diffuse pneumopathy processes. Complaint has common clinical features than other pulmonary affection. The sole crediblediagnostic method is lung biopsy and sample histologic adjusting. The bronchoalveolar lavage is only efficient therapeutic way today.
