Význam kvalitního ošetření kraniotraumatu v přednemocniční neodkladné péči

Článek se v souvislosti s případem z běžné praxe v předreemocničnípéči zabývá významem primárního odborného ošetřeni u kraniotraumatu a jeho nepostradatelností v řetězu přežiti. Shrnuje diagnostické možnosti a obvyklé terapeutické postupy u tohoto typu poraněni a zdůrazňuje, že lékař zdravotnickézáchranné služby se most rychle rozhodovat a provádět terapeutickéživot zachraňující úkony pod časovým tlakem. Pochybena či prodleva v této fázi ošetřeni jsou u závažných stavů nezvratné.

Overview

This article discusses in connection with a prehospital care-common case the importance of correct primary expert care in craniotrauma and its importance in the chain of survival. It summarizes the diagnostic possibilities and usual therapeutic management in this type of injury and says Chat emergency medicine physician has to make quick decisions and life-saving procedures under time pressure. The error or delay in this phase of health care managemem are fatal and irreversible.
