Moxonidine (Cynt) in Premedication and Laparoscopic Cholecystectomy
Premedikace moxonidinem (CYNT) a laparoskopická cholecystektomie
Byl sledován vliv moxonidinu (CYNT) 0,3 mg (n = 22) a 0,4 mg (n = 25) p.o. na potlačení hemodynamických změn během laparoskopickécholecystektomie v porovnání s klonidinem (CATAPRESAN) 150 mg i.v. (n = 23) a kontrolou (n = 22). Moxonidin nebyl schopen na rozdíl od klonidinupotlačit vzestup krevního tlaku během kapnoperitonea, přestože u obou skupin s moxonidinem i ve skupině s klonidinem došlo k výrazně menšímuvýskytu hodnot tlaku nad 175/105 mmHg oproti kontrole (p

We evaluated the effect of moxonidine (Cynt) 0,3 mg (n = 22) and 0,4 mg (n = 25) p.o. on the attenuation of haemodynamic response duringlaparoscopic cholecystectomy in comparison with clonidine (Catapresan) 150 mg i.v.
