Anestezie u stabilizace traumatických fraktur páteře
V práci je podán přehled o epidemiologii poranění páteře. Jsou zdůrazněny zásady přednemocniční péče. Velký význam je přikládán včasnému apřesnému podání methylprednisolonu. Autoři kladou důraz na kvalitní monitorování již v předanestetickém období a na včasnou operační stabilizacifraktur páteře.

The paper reviews epidemiology of spinal fractures. Principles of prehospital care are stressed. Great importance is ascribed to early and properadministration of methylprednisolone. Two components of care are stressed: precise preanesthetic monitoring and early surgical stabilization of spinalfractures.
