Regional Analgesia for Out-patient Surgery
Regionální analgezie pro ambulantní chirurgii
Regionální analgezie poskytuje možnost bezpečného provedení řady výkonů, bez nutnosti hospitalizace a intenzivního pooperačního dohledu. Navíczajištění pooperační analgezie umožní časnou rehabilitaci, kratší rekonvalescenci a snížení nákladů na výkon. I místní analgezie, s použitím kontinuálníaplikace anestetika pomocí katétru zavedeného do rány, zajistí bezpečnou pooperační analgezii i pro bolestivější výkony.
Klíčová slova:

Overview
Regional analgesia allows for safe surgery without the need for in-hospital treatment and intensive postoperative monitoring. Postoperativeanalgesia also allows for early rehabilitation, shorter convalescence and decreases the cost of a procedure. Local techniques with continuousapplication of an anesthetic down the catheter to the wound provide sufficient analgesia even in more painful procedures.
Key words:
postoperative analgesia – continuous application of analgetics
