Oxid dusnatý a předpoklady klinické aplikace
Autoři po krátkém historickém úvodu podávají přehled hlavních účinků oxidu dusnatého v organismu. Zvláštní pozornost věnují vlivu oxidudusnatého na plicní cirkulaci a výměnu plynů. Podávají přehled hlavních indikací a kontraindikací inhalace oxidu dusnatého z terapeutických důvodůa nejvýznamnějších příčin jeho nestandardního účinku.

Following short historical introduction, the authors present a survey of key effect of nitric oxide in organism. Special attention is devoted to theeffect of nitric oxide on pulmonary circulation and gas exchange. There are outlined principal indications and contraindication of inhalationaladministration of nitric oxide for therapeutical purposes, along with key causes of its non-standard effect.
